You value an honest and thought-provoking approach. At times, this may feel uncomfortable, especially in a culture where surface-level harmony is valued more than truth. Therapy with me might feel like a shift. But together, we’ll create a space where authenticity matters more than politeness. I’ll support you in peeling back the layers and rediscovering your true Self, even when it’s hard.

You want to do some deep healing that gets to the root of your struggles and not just manages symptoms. Our work will focus on healing at the source, not just coping on the surface.

You’re willing to take an active role in your healing. You don’t need to have it all figured out, but you are open to being curious, honest, and engaged. I’ll walk alongside you – offering guidance, insight, and support – but you’re the one steering the process. I’ll challenge you when needed, hold space when it’s hard, and always respect your pace and choices.

You’re looking for fast solutions or a straightforward checklist to feel better. While some relief may come quickly, deep work often takes time – and our focus will be long-term transformation, not temporary fixes.

You’re seeking a highly structured, manualized therapy experience. While I incorporate evidence-based practices, our sessions will be more relational and fluid. If you prefer strict protocols, worksheets, or CBT-only formats, my holistic approach might not be the right fit for you.
