Hi, I’m Natalia – and here is a little bit of my story…

My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t linear – but it was wholehearted. As I sit down to write about myself and reflect on my life, I’m struck by what an interesting and meaningful journey it has been so far – full of twists, growth, and transformation. Like every person I meet in life, my story holds layers of experience, resilience, and unexpected turns. It reminds me that we all carry rich, complex narratives that shape who we are, and that every chapter – joyful or difficult – has something to teach us.

Before stepping fully into the world of therapy and healing, I spent over a decade working in various HR roles in the corporate sector. That chapter of my life gave me deep insight into the real and complex challenges that so many employees face – from stress and burnout to workplace conflict, job loss, and major life transitions. These experiences continue to shape how I support clients today, especially when it comes to mental health in the workplace.

Another meaningful part of my journey was my time as a professionally trained dancer – an invaluable experience that taught me not only about discipline, resiliency and creativity, but also the deep connection between mind and body. I carry this awareness into the therapy room, especially when working with artists, performers, and athletes who may face unique emotional and psychological challenges. My own experience as a performer deepened my appreciation for the transformative power of movement, presence, and embodied healing.

As a first-generation immigrant to Canada, I also understand the complexities of adjusting to a new culture, language, and environment. This personal experience fuels my commitment to offering therapy that is culturally- and spiritually-sensitive, and to holding space for each person’s unique story and identity. I’m also a mother and a wife, and I appreciate the opportunity to walk alongside others who are navigating the ups and downs of parenthood, relationships, and family life.

Above all, I approach therapy with warmth, openness, and genuine curiosity. I believe in lifelong learning, and I never stop growing – both professionally and personally. It’s my greatest privilege to support others as they find clarity, reconnect with themselves, and move toward a life that feels meaningful and whole.
